CELEBRATE THE HOLIDAYS!

It’s That Time of Year!

As you celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, remember the gifts of the Creator. The Narragansett and other Indigenous peoples celebrate 13 thanksgivings, one for each moon of the year.

In decolonizing our minds and history, we must acknowledge the conquest and colonization that took place on these occupied lands.

This holiday season remember to acknowledge the Indigenous nations whose lands you occupy & understand the American Thanksgiving is a day of mourning as it represents the beginning of the conquest & colonization of our nations.
